4 weeks old

My son is 4 weeks old, he takes 90 ml of milk every 2.5 to 3 hours, sometimes when he cries an hour or two after his feeding I get confused, is he hungry or is it something else? And at night he won't sleep more than two hours at a time, what can I do?

That's about 3 oz, right?  Sounds about right, but if he's going through a growth spurt, he could still be hungry. Try topping him off with another ounce or so. And, it is very normal for a 1 month old baby to only sleep a few hours at a time. It does get better.

My 5 week old just went through a growth spurt and they went from 90+ml to now 120ml for my son and 100ml for my daughter. I would increase the amount and see if that works.

Totally normal.  They use the every 3 hrs for a feeding as a quideline.  My daughter is 20 weeks old and still eats every 3 hrs during the day.  Try putting 1/2 oz to 1 oz more in the bottle and see if he'll eat it.  Newborns go through a ton of growth spurts early on so if he's fussing that soon after eating he may be hungry from growing so much!!  The time in between feeding will space and eventually he'll sleep a little longer at night.  That's not for a bit (every baby is different though!) but it does get better :) and easier.
