I'm Back

So started 2nd round of IVF on Monday. Going with a different approach then last time. Doctor plans to do transfer on day 3 vs day 5 and put two embryos this time vs. 1. So we will see what happens. Keeping fingers crossed!

is there a benefit to that? I'm new at IVF, and I've done it because I'm a surrogate. I just had a 5 day transfer last week, I thought that was "best" if could be helped. Good luck to you! Do you have a transfer date?

BFP on Cycle #8. Natural M/C at ~8 weeks
IUI #1 and #2 (8/12, 9/12)- 50 mg Clomid + Ovidrel = BFNs
IVF #1 (EPP) 13R/10M/9F, 5DT 1-4AA blast, beta #1-148, beta #2-322, 5 frosties!
3/18/13 - It's a Girl!
4/18/13 - A/S- baby looks perfect, but partial placenta previa
6/10/13 - Partial PP not resolved. :-( Likely scheduling c-section for 36 weeks

Married and TTC since November 2010 SA Normal, HSG Normal, B/W Normal = Unexplained IF
5 Failed IUI's Moving onto IVF, Stims Start 10/27, ER 11/5=27 eggs!, 23 mature, 1 Fertilized WTF?? Rescue ICSI on 12 and we had 3 more fertilize. Transfered 2 on 11/9. Beta on 11/23.

The doctor said the first round I only had one excellent quality embryo on day 5 and I only held it to week 5. The other 6 that were remaining on day 5 pooped out after that.

Me: 38,DH: 46, Married 10/07/2011, TTC since 09/2011, 03/2012 Started Clomid, 04/2012 Clomid, 05/2012 Clomid, 06/2012 Went to RE, he found a plum size fibroid in uterus, husband has low sperm count, 06/06/2012 Removed fibroid, 08/2012 Hysteroscopy, 09/27/2012 started IVF meds, 10/10/2012 Retrieved 8 eggs, 5 fertilized, 10/13/2012 Transferred 3 eggs - 8, 5, and 4 cells, 10/26/2012 BFP!! Beta: 11, 10/26/12 Beta: 2 = Chemical Pregancy

Me: 31yrs old. In same/sex relationship for 12years
I'm carrying & we are using anonymous donor sperm
In March 2012 diagnosed with Diminished Ovarian Reserve (AMH = O.67) & IVF recommended

FET (2 5dt embryos) on 11/5/12= BFP! Beta #1=58; Beta #2=98, Beta #3=373. First u/s on 11/28/12 = 1 sac with fetal pole & heartbeat! Next u/s = 12/12/12

TTC History
IVF#1 (Antagonist Protocol) Sept 2012 = BFN
10R; 8F; 4 Day5 GradeA embryos. Put back 2, froze 2.
12 IUIs (in 9 cycles) since March 2011:
6 unmedicated/unmonitored = BFNs
3 with Clomid/Trigger/monitoring/progesterone = BFNs
