Sinus headache, need advice

I have a sinus headache. I got a chiropractic adjustment and tried a netti pot. I also did a bean bag heat thing on face and neck last night. Does anyone know of anything else to do?  Worse case scenario, I may need an antibiotic if its a sinus infection.

Zyrtec (not Zyrtec-D) is fine to take. I would check with your doctor just to be sure, but mine said Zyrtec/Claritin is fine.

You can also take Tylenol for pain (acetaminophen)

thats good your using a netti pot. also try a humidifer at night. good luck i hate sinus infections.

Ask your doctor if you can take an expectorant guaifenisen is one it'll help get all the stuff out, but I'm not sure if it's ok while preg.

I had a severe one a few weeks ago. I did chiro, tylenol, benedryl, and a warm wash cloth to my face.

My sinus problems got so bad that I had to be on a z-pack. It knocked it out after 9 days of pressure/sneezing/stuffiness. Feel better!

 I love that stuff.  It's in mucinex d. I have a call into the doc...hopefully I can take something because I'm about to chop my head off!
