Uggh!

I just have to say that this new found cramping, combined with constipation and some indigestion, STINKS! I'm sitting here at work, trying to get comfortable, and all I can do is burp while at the same time doubling over in stomach pain. Uggh. I so should NOT have eaten "breakfast" for lunch. Way too greasy! And it's making me gassy as well.

Any other sympathic ladies out there? Anything you do to help ease the discomfort of indigestion? cramps?

I'm purchasing Miralax when I get off work as the Metamucil is not cutting it (I'm doing three servings/day) at all. Is there anything that can be done about the cramping? or do you think once I have the constipation under control that'll go away?

I just dread my 2 hour flight Friday. I'm so looking forward to my best friend's wedding but at the same time I dread two hours sitting next to strangers and being constipated.

oh man! sorry to hear that. Tums help, and I would try bean-o for the gas. You could try tylenol for cramping, it relieved it for me. Maybe once you get your intestines under control and regular, everything else will dissipate. Try activia.. works wonders :)

Really increase your water intake if you haven't done so. I didn't have any issues with constipation (thank goodness) because I have a pretty high fiber diet (and whole grains). Water will help a bunch. Get yourself some Vitafusion fiber gummies. They taste great and are easy to store/keep with you.

I can definitely empathize. I found a couple days of very high fiber diet worked wonders for me (not from supplements - I don't know how much of a difference that makes).

I had some really horrible cramping for the first two or so weeks - but it started to calm down around the 6 week mark.  Hopefully it will for you too!
