You're not even six weeks pregnant. How on earth can you have had problems sleeping "every night during this first trimester"? You can't even have known you're pregnant for more than the last what, two weeks at most? My guess is you're waking up because you're newly pregnant and stressed/excited and it's a matter of relaxing.
Seriously if you're being kept awake by sore hips at 6 weeks pregnant, you are going to have a VERY long 34 weeks to go. Try some yoga and some relaxation techniques. Unless you have some sort of odd medical condition, this sounds much more psychological than physical.
Okay for the past 2 weeks , I've been having problems going back to sleep once I wake up. But thanks for belittling what I am going through. I didn't know you had a line directly into my brain and are able to diagnose psychological vs. physical pain over the internet. You're amazing!! You should go into business.
I wish I could offer some advice on your sleep issues, I am going through the same thing.
I can however suggest you avoid this website. I am part of a few forums and this one is full of the nastiest, most inconsiderate, selfish (and presumably lonely, damaged) ladies of all. I have sent you a PM with a really great website that offers real support, not back handed support cloaked in insults and put downs.
Don't get me wrong, there are some kind and helpful posters here but not enough to make it worth your time. I usually post and run here because I am not one to get into cat fights with the type of people that start them. Feel free to PM if you want to chat, otherwise good luck to you, H&H 9 months!
