I have one cup a day.
b vitamins help with energy (half the ingredient in those 5 hour energy's)
a 12 oz coke and a 12 oz cup of coffee would be fine.
I was gonna say id be more worried about having to make 40 stops to go to the bathroom but maybe thats just me.lol. I didn't really worry about it my first pregnancy but after my mc i am trying to cut back on this pregnancy. Which is HARD for someone like me. lol

jlpev:Be careful how much you drink BC you will have to stop and pee constantly! Or that's what happens to me if I drink pop.
Amazing that a diuretic makes you pee. Truly astonishing.
