Green living: Eco-friendly tips & tricks!

DD has been sleeping through the night since I think 9 months, maybe 8... I don't remember exactly but she always went to bed between 9pm and 10pm, sometimes later if she was being difficult, and she'd wake up no later than 7:30am.
The past 2 weeks she'd been going down between 7:30pm and 8:30pm and waking up around 9:30am, sometimes as late as 10:30! Then she would nap around 2pm-4:30pm.
But this past week she's been following the same bedtime and wake-up times but she is exhausted and goes down for a nap no later then 11:30am, that one is a good 2-2 1/2 hours long. Then she takes another around 3pm for say and hour and then another at 5pm for about 1 1/2hrs... then she's in bed 30-45mins later?!?!
I think I'm going to contribute it to the fact that she was sick from Saturday-Monday with an unexplained fever... so maybe still recovering? But I was wondering what your healthy munchkins sleep schedule looks like?
Bedtime - 7-7:30pm

Bedtime-7 to 7:30
Wakes up-between 8 and 9
naps-12 to 3
He still will wake occasionally around 12:30 or 3 am and just wants to be snuggled for about 10 minutes and then goes right back down. Lately he's going through a growth spurt so he's pretty hungry and will have an 8 oz bottle when he's up during the night.
My girls go to bed at 6pm up at 6am
1st nap at 8/830am
2nd nap at 1pm
Bedtime = 6-6:30pm
Wake-up = 6:30-7am
Naps = 9am for about 60-90 minutes and 1/1:30pm for about an hour
Bedtime- 6:30 pm(ish)
Wake-up- 5:45 - 6:00 am
Nap 1: 10 am (usually about 1.5 hour nap)
Nap 2: 2:30 pm (usually about a 45 min nap).
