Update: I'm on day 3 of stims and my first U/S is tomorrow!! I can't wait to see what's going on in there.

QOTD: I love Pinterest!  Most of my Pinterest projects have been completed in the kitchen (noms), but I do love to get my craft on.  After pinning lovely craft rooms on Pinterest, I convinced DH that I needed a craft room. It is turquoise with fuschia accents and I love it.  Total number of craft projects I have done in there = 0.   Embarrassed  Total number of times I have thought about going in there to do a project = 100.  It's the thought that counts, right?  Stick out tongue

Hey everyone! Update here.....dropped down to Lupron 5 and still on Estrace BID. Baseline appt last Thursday went well.....next appt 11/20th.

Had U/S today I had 15 follicles  ranging from 15.5 - 10mm go back tomorrow for another U/S and B/W I'm guessing I will be triggering within the next day or two.

QOTD: I use pinterest. I am kinda crafty and I love new decor ideas.

I am dying to POAS but it's a little early.  Usually I'm not an early tester but the anticipation of this cycle is killer.  I probably won't POAS until beta day because if it's a BFN, I don't want to have to go to work and sit next to my pregnant co-worker all day.  I took the beta day off from work because I knew I would have difficulty concentrating and I wanted to be home with my wife if the news was bad (or good).

I LOVE Pinterest but I'm not a crafter; I mostly pin recipes and sometimes home improvement projects or garden ideas.  I am SO THRILLED they just introduced Secret Boards because now I can create a baby board without anyone knowing!

Tomorrow is my ET and I'm calm about it for today but I know I'll be a wreck tomorrow, worried I'll get there and none will be alive or all will be poor quality. I did get my day 3 report yesterday and my doctor said they were all between 5-10 cells and six of them were rated good to great. Praying they are all looking good to great tomorrow! And desperately want some to freeze.

I like pinterest but have only spent maybe an hour on the site total. I love crafts and cooking but tend to use other sources for new ideas....but not sure why, old habits I guess!

((((BIG HUGS)))) to all the Basters! I'm praying for us all. And I'm so sorry to all of those who haven't had good news thus far. I wish I could make it easier.

I am currently going crazy in the 2ww.  I feel SO anxious, then just generally emotional from moment to moment.  Luckily I have the next week pretty well planned out to help the time pass.  I also bought some cute clothes yesterday and today :-)  shopping therapy is the best.  Beta is Nov 19 which is 12dp5dt.  I feel like that is a LONG time.  Why are they trying to make me lose my mind?

 

QOTD:  I do not pinterest.  I have only heard how addicting it is.  I have been off facebook and I really don't want another online obsession. I'm pretty sure I would be drawn to all the baby/kid stuff, so I will hold out until we are pg.  I'm also not crafty, but would love to be!

So sorry i havent been posting much ... Things have been hectic.

I go in for ET tomorrow!! It will be my first fiveday ... The first time I've had enough embryos to make that an option. : As of early this morning, we had 7 goodlooking morulas. I bought some snacks and movies today, now I'm cleaning my house in prep for bed rest. I think maybe I'm a bit more hopeful this time than I should be ... But it feels nice.

I do love Pinterest! I'm excited about secret boards so I can plan parties without everyone knowing what will be there ... And of course so I can start pinning phantom baby things. :

So much luck to everyone I will be thinking about you all!

Update: I am just currently going crazy in the 2ww. To POAS or not to POAS... ho hum ho hum. Its a struggle to not grab a test every morning (but I have convinced myself that it has to be morning when I do test). Maybe Tuesday? That would be 7dp5dt. I know a lot of people get + at 6dp, I just worry. Our ET was late in the afternoon and I am sure that changes nothing in regards to when to test... But its just another thought banging around in my head lol 

 

 QOTD: I LOVE pinterest!! I spend a lot of time in the Humor and holiday sections. I have tried a couple recipes that were good, but I have YET to find a hair tutorial that I have had success with. Each one has made my hair look like a lionc's mane. lol!!

My cycle got converted to an IUi due to poor response :( IVF attempt 2 will be in January. Good luck to all the other basters!

 

I recently joined Pinterest and have enjoyed it! I'm excited now about the private boards so I can have an IF board!

I had my 5day ET today, 2 okay ones put back and I'm ready to POAS!! Yea, yea, I know it is too early! I will next week to get a negative to know the trigger is out. My beta is Tuesday, 11/20. I wanted to test Monday so if it was positive I could test again on Wednesday before the thanksgiving holiday begins but they don't want to do it that early. Whatever! But they say lab corp is open that Friday so I can test again, thinking positive. I try to not POAS till the day of the beta but I always lose control and test early. Makes me feel "normal" to pee in my bathroom by myself plus I don't like my nurse having to tell me the news.

I'm stimming now :-)  Today is day 5 of Gonal F (and low dose Lupron).  U/S and b/w tomorrow and hope to see some little follies growing.

QOTD:  I use Pinterest in waves - I'll be obsessive for a few days and then take a bit of a break.  I've pinned a bagillion recipes :-)  I'm kind of crafty - I knit.  I like the idea of alot of the DIY stuff, but never actually get around to execution.

Hi ladies! I had my last U/S and bloodwork yesterday. My estrogen came back in 1800+ and follicles ranging from 19-12mm. I will be triggering tonight and have my ER on tues in the morning!

Day 4 of stims and go in tom morning for U/S and B/W. Then prob start the menopur and Ganirlex. Starting to feel a little bloaty and thirsty. My af lasted an extra day after the failed cycle. I was very moody yesterday too. Thinking the pio is finally leaving my system because today I felt a lot better. FX this cycle works.

I love pinterest! I have a whole bunch of recipes and such on there. I think I will try a bunch of recipes over the holidays!

Had my FET yesterday at 11:00am and transferred one beautiful looking thawed blastocyst. I had a nice day of bed rest, with DH taking good care of me, going to the grocery store, cooking dinner, and bringing home flowers.

 I'm already trying to talk myself out of POAS. I am very tempted to start ASAP.  I would like to at least make it to Thurs.  Does anyone know if you get an extra "dpo" day when you do a frozen transfer?  They froze on day 6.

 Also, I don't really pinterest and am not particularly crafty, although I really wish I were!  I like to bake and occasionally have done a couple home projects that weren't a total disaster.

I'm on day 2 of stimming Bravelle lowdose HCG. Go in for 1st monitoring on Tuesday morning.

I love Pinterest!! And my waistline can prove it. I've become quite the cook because of it.

Well, I am no longer a Turkey Baster.  My insurance denied my IVF and even after dr appeal (my old REs even stepped in to help appeal it) they still said I needed 6 failed IUIs.  They will not count my cycles that I did not respond, just my overstim cycles(2) or 1 actual IUI cycle with resulted in a BFN.  I have had so many cycles where IUI was the plan but I did not respond (7+).  My RE and I have a meeting on Tues to determine what to do now.  She was not comfortable with doing anymore IUIs due to the dosage of injectibles I have to be on and how many resting follicles I have on CD2 always (20+ each ovary).  I am very frustrated and not sure where to go now.

Hi Basters!

i'm in cd14 of my natural FET. I had an u/s today and my lining was 8 and my follicle was 16. It needs to be18 or bigger so I have to go back tomorrow and will most likely trigger tomorrow night, my transfer should be six days later.

ETA: my lining was 10 and my follie was 18 this morning, looks like I'll be triggering tonight for a transfer on Sunday the 18th. 

QOTD: I enjoy browsing on pintrest but I prefer to waste my time on the bump and Facebook:)

 I am on day 7 of stimms and have an ultra sound tomorrow. Hoping to see some good growing follicles. 

 I love pinterest. I mostly use it for recipes and decorating. I like that I have some place to go back and see the ideas I found online.

Tomorrow is my ET.  I getting really excited and just hoping for the best.  Plus I'm looking forward to spending the day on best rest with DH.  We plan to take a nap and watch some movies.

Well I had my beta yesterday. Beta was 38. Dr would have liked to see it higher but of course couldnt tell me more until Tuesday for Beta #2. I just pray that we are not heading to another ectopic or chemical. :(

Yes I do pinterest. I am somewhat crafty. I dont have tons of patience, so if its long and elaborate, then I avoid the project. :)

It's nice to hear such good news from other Basters!  Wishing you all good luck!

We had our three day transfer yesterday.   We transferred a 6 cell G (good) and a 3 cell F (fair).  The dr I met with only graded good, fair, and poor.  Beta is scheduled for day after Thanksgiving.  Not feeling very hopeful, mostly because I googled too much, but this seems to be great practice for next time!  

QOTD:  I go in spurts with Pinterest.  I do enjoy the crafts and DIY parts, but then I get too many projects going and it stresses me out :)  I've never even checked out the recipe's, but I will now!
