BlissBerry:I am a big water drinker and had the same issues. nbsp;Try squeezing some lemon into your water or maybe switch to Perrier or S. Pelligrino that helped me with nausea as well so double bonus!. nbsp;
Me too, I've had decent luck with limeflavored seltzer, or mixing seltzer and OJ.
Another idea would be to mix in 100% cranberry juice if you can find it. I'm not talking about the the cocktail kind. The kind I'm referring to is usually in with the organic stuff and runs around $8 a bottle (pricey, I know) but it will last you a month if you use it sparingly in your water. It's tart, but it really helps with nausea and adds flavor without adding extra sugar and lots of unnecessary calories.
Ooh, that's brilliant. The restaurant downstairs has VERY tart homemade lemonade, but even that has a pretty big amount of sugar, so I've been limiting my intake. Will definitely try the cranberry idea.
