What are your thoughts on Asher?

We are not expecting right now but love to plan ahead: So we were at a birthday party this weekend and DH noticed a little boy named Asher and told me if we ever had a DS that he wanted to named him Asher that, that was the coolest name he had ever heard lol: I'm sure there have been post on this but... I probably was not paying any attention to them! So opinions? DD is Bridget Caroline. Thanks ladies!

It's my husband's name!  He was the first one I'd ever met, I think it's so funny that it's becoming "trendy."  Love it.  I don't think it will ever be too super popular, honestly.

I had never heard of it until I came to the BNB. I used to like Ashton but am over it. Asher is growing on me. (Archer, however, is not.)

It's always stuck with me as a last name since I know two people with Asher as their last names.

I find it WAY TOO trendy. My cousin names her son this.
