Britax v Britax USA

is there a difference? I notice there are carseats listed under both on Amazon and USA seems more expensive.

Pretty sure they are the same.  I am only seeing Britax USA though.

weird... i definitely saw some that were sold by Britax and some on Britax USA... either way I was just curious, wanted to make sure there wasn't a difference but assumed there wasn't! thanks!
