sleepy head!

I am 6 weeks and very tired all the time... feeling like when I used to go to bed at 4 and then wake up at 8, however I am having between 7 and 8 hours of sleep everyday and also I nap 1-2 hours when I come back from work (not everyday).

Is this normal? How much do you sleep? When I am at work, I feel terrible after lunch and I cannot focus anymore :S

 Any recommendations? I'm desperate! :(

I am also 6 weeks and VERY tired. It is normal, if I could nap I would. Especially after lunch, right around 2. Plus, I am having crazy dreams so it doesn't help the sleep I get at night.. Working out helps with the exhaustion a little bit but not much.

I have been feeling the same way so I think it's pretty normal. One thing that I have found helps is to snack more and not go for a big lunch. When I was trying to make it to lunch and then eat a full meal I kept feeling like you do after thanksgiving food coma. Now I try to have some fruit and yogurt around 11, a salad around 12:30, and then another big snack popcorn or veggies and hummus around 2:30. It seems to really help.

I am feeling tired too. My BFF said first tri was awful because she had no energy. I think it is just normal. You are growing a human!

Thanks, I will try snacks instead of a normal meal... getting the food in several parts may make it a bit more bearable. I have a conference for the next 3 days, I hope I can keep awake!
