I'm in my 12th week, i've noticed that I have been pretty good at breakfast (as long as I drink water first, then a granola bar, then breakfast about an hour later and then my coffee) and lunch I'm super good, BUT dinner, oh my! if I don't eat in a certain time frame, forget it! I get nauseous! I do try to eat and it's only half or less that I can choke down. And then I wake up in the morning hungry!
Anyone else having this problem? if so what do you do?
I can't really eat too much at night either. I would just make sure you eat within that certain time frame, whether it's a meal, or some crackers, and see how you do. Always keep something on hand to eat...
