ROck and Play

I am hoping over from 3 Tri. I am almost 36 weeks with baby #3 and received one at my shower. Can someone please tell me is the only way it rocks is if you do with your hand? Also do you constantly have to rock it with your hand? I know this may be a stupid question, but These were not around with my first 2 kids. Thanks ladies and have a great day.

yes, there's no auto rock feature unfortunately so you'll have to use your hand or if you're like me, your foot.

You have to rock it, but this is seriously the best baby item we own. I received two at my shower and returned one. I wish I had kept both so I would have one upstairs! It is easy very portable, just not easy to carry up the stairs while juggling a LO.

My DS has a love hate relationship with his RnP. I got it for his reflux, he sat in it happily for the two weeks after I bought it and then spent a month screaming whenever I put him in it. We went on vacation and it is the only truly portable thing I have for him (I'm not using a furry bouncy seat by the pool in 85 degree weather) and he slept in it for hours everyday the entire week. I thought, hey great he likes it again! We got home, I tried to put him in it and again he fusses the whole time. ah well... I'll just have to stick with the bouncer
