What were the first changes....

you made when you got your BFP? So far I'm taking a prenatal vitamin, drinking 1/2 reg 1/2 decaf coffee so that I don't have major withdrawls, and I'm planning on eating more fruit/veggies/whole grains etc.

What else should I be doing/not doing? What were your first changes in the way you lived you life before?

I just found out last week.  When I found out I started drinking more water, I also started my prenatal vitamins which I hate taking cause I hate taking vitamins but I'll do it to ensure my child is healthy.  I also started eating more salads and less junk food.

I've been drinking tons of water and relaxing as much as possible.  It's hard to eat my veggies lately but I crave fruit so that's good enough for now.  I think as long as you are taking care of yourself you are doing enough at this point.

Tried switching to half decaf coffee, but don't like the taste, so no more coffee..

Drinking a lot more water/juice.

Not denying myself sleep.

My first order of business was kissing my good friend, Vino goodbye. (It was difficult, he really didn't want to let go) I started sleeping A LOT, eating super healthy, taking prenatals, exercising. I also started to really concentrate on my breathing and being stress-free. I started noticing it more if I was feeling anxious etc. and really tried to be conscious about taking deep breathes and making my body a calm, happy place for a baby to want to grow in.
