Ovulation tests, timing?

When do you start taking them daily? I usually start at day ten and don't ovulate until day 20. This past month I started twice a day near day 15. Once I ovulate I stop until AF comes. But, I don't want to miss anything in case I'm still having wacky cycle. So does anyone test everyday of the month?

I don't test everyday. I start at the beginning of what FF says my FW will be, usually around cd 10 or 11. Then I'll test until I get CH and a clear thermal shift. Not sure that helps any.

I only test once a day, with FMU, b/c I use the CBE digi OPKs, which rec FMU. I always stopped after the first smiley face, but on a whim, I kept testing last cycle. I got a pos on CD15, and then again on CDs 19, 20, and 21. The second surge was the real one. I'll never stop testing after the first one again, lol! I test the whole cycle now, just in case I have a gear-up-but-not-O surge. GL!

I'm new to charting just this cycle, but have noticed my last couple of cycles were tending towards being shorter so was prepared to test early. Got EWCM yesterday (CD8) and decided to test and got + OPK, got another + today. So I'll likely keep testing OPK, and will see with temps over the next few days if I confirm O or not.

DX with ectopic pregnancy at 8 weeks, surgery to remove right tube 01/18/13
Both ovaries and left tube looked healthy and clear, so we'll see what the future holds for us.

Same. I test two times a day during FW - once around 10:30am & then again around 7-8pm.

TTC #1 since 10/14/12 // 1/2013: 7DPO blood work revealed low progesterone/luteal phase defect // 2/2013: DH's SA - Normal // BFP 2/25/13 - EDD 10/30/13

this was my first month using them

i started at day 14 and tested once a day on day 14, once a day on day 15, once a day on day 16 and then twice a day until i got my positive on day 18
Went off BCP March 2012 TTC #1 since March 2012 Feb 2 2013 - SA = normal My Ovulation Chart ||
