Go somewhere like lilypie.com and make your ticker. Copy the code. Come to the bump and click the green tab ("my bump) right under where it says "the bump" up top of this page. Log in then you'll want to 'edit my avitar & sig', the link is above your profile pic thumbnail. Paste your ticker code in there and click save at the bottom.
If you want to add a picture go to tinypic.com and upload a pic then copy the code into your siggy also.
