Cora but Alice is a close second if I want to go specifically for an "old lady" vibe, though all of them have remained fairly popular.  Elizabeth has never been lower than 26 so I don't think it even belongs on the list and Emma has been in the top 20 since 1999!

Unexplained heavy bleeding at 13w5d. Baby is healthy, cervix is closed, SCH is gone. More bleeding, dx with another SCH, 2/7/13, @ 16w. Baby is a girl! A/S 2/27/13, 18w6d. Iris Wilhelmina is healthy and perfect and beautiful!

I voted for Cora but those aren't what I think of when I think old lady names... I was expecting Pearl and Edith and names like that. I agree with pp that these are all lovely classic names that have more or less stayed popular forever

The only old lady name on that list is Alice.  I HATE the name Alice and I don't get why it's so popular on this board.  Our girl name is Amelia and I don't think that's old lady at all.
