8 weeks & pants are already tight!

I've heard w/ your 2nd pg you can show sooner, but I'm surprised my pants are already getting tight!  And it's too soon for maternity clothes - they would be too big...  I guess it's time to dig out the belly band...  I hate this in between - where I just need one size bigger than I normally wear, but I'm not ready for maternity clothes yet!  With DS I gained 50 lbs - I'm hoping not to gain that much this time.... but it will be what it will be - I'm not stressing over it.

Yup, I'm in the same boat at 11 weeks. It started around week 8 or 9 for me too. The bloat, I mean.

Girl, I am with you! I am just shy of 11 weeks with our second and I feel HUGE. I had to bust out my belly band today. I gained 50lbs too last time. Praying I don't do that again, but like you said. It is what it is!!!
Married my BEST FRIEND on December 1, 2007. Started TTC in March 2008. Found out we were expecting our first child in October 2008 - but had a m/c in December 2008 - resulting in a d&e. Met with a RE in May 2009 and set a plan - but conceived unexpectedly on our own! Our precious little Sophia was born on February 9, 2010! Lilypie Third Birthday tickers

Same here, I look at least a month further along than I am!  Baby #2 and i'm only 8 weeks but already can't button any of my work pants.

Dang, girl! Consider yourself lucky!! LOL I'm only 5 wks and cant' button my work pants. My bloat started last week! You are not alone!
BFP #1 ended in MMC. Discovered Oct 2005 @10w5d, baby stopped growing around 6w. D&C.
BFP#2 Nov 2005. Baby's heart stopped @ 8w3d. D&C Jan 2006. Trisomy 18
BFP#3 Nov 2006. My "miracle baby" DD born 7/25/07
BFP #4 11/6/12. EDD 7/16/13~my birthday! No sac found @ 5w1d, betas not increasing. Natural m/c started 11/20/12.

Yep! I never used the Bella band, but I've already busted out the maternity jeans without any shame, and boy are they comfortable!

Glad I'm not alone!  I just hate this 'in-between' phase - all my maternity pants are still WAY too big - and that stupid band makes me hot!  lol

I'm 8 weeks too and this is my first. I bought maternity pants last week! I can't stand having my pants tight around my stomach!
