I have a long dresser that is doubling as a changing station too.  I have two small drawers at the top that I am using for bibs, hats, and no scratch mittens. Under these smaller drawers are 2 sets of larger drawers.  1 side is all nb and 0-3, the other is 3-6 and some 6-9(depending on how small they are).  I have plain onsies and patterned/printed onsies 1 drawer, pants and sleepers in the other.--the same on both sides.  I have gathered quite a bit of heavier sweaters and fleece tops, and I have put these in with the pants and sleepers. There is 1 deep small drawer between the 2 sides so I use this for socks..both sizes.

HTH.

I'm a disaster when it comes to drawers. LO has 2 in our dresser and they're both "organized chaos." All of her clothes are sort of stacked by size in one drawer and her CDs, socks & hair stuff are in the other drawer until I get a cute basket for the CDing supplies.

2nd drawer - Current clothes (as best I can)... anything from newborn to 0-3 months. Sorted by my favorite outfits, onesies, sleepy things, and separates.

3rd drawer - Feeding good - bottles, pacifers AND accessories, bibs, socks, headbands

4th drawer - Extra storage for now... possibly next clothing size

Everything is sorted with these bins from Ikea:

Our girls are going to be sharing a room. That being said our 3 year old has the dresser pretty much full on her own :) We've hung up all of baby's onesies, sleepers and dresses in sizes NB to 0-3 months. And in the top drawer of the dresser we have her pants, and cute little outfits in those same sizes.

On top of the changing table (we never used it with our daughter-it just ended up holding extra stuff!) We have a couple baskets, one has her socks and tights in it, the other has hair bows and headbands, and her shoes are on here as well. The second shelf has receiving blankets/burp cloths, thicker blankets, washcloths/towel, lotion etc.

And the third shelf has diapers, wipes, butt cream etc.
