Silent reflux? What is it and symptoms?

Wondering what this is and what the symptoms are?

LO is EBF and during the day is mostly ok after feedings pribably cause I usually wear him for his naps or he goes in the RNP, but at night he is super fussy and seems to spit up and swallow it quite often. He flails around and kicks his legs etc. he seems pretty miserable amd unable to settle. I am wondering if it could be reflux since he sleeps flat in his crib at night?

Sounds like it.  Try elevating the head of the crib 3 inches and see if that helps.

Yes thats what my girl has, keep LO elevated 30 min after feedings and burp well.
