When I finished student teaching I received a coffee mug with a Dunkin Dounuts gift card, and a thank you card book from the class. Each student had made a thank you picture and the teacher bound it with string. It was very cute and I still have it.
I would not give anything that has a shelf life like wipes or glue. You do not know that she will be able to get a teaching job quickly especially if she is graduating mid year. Since it is probable she wouldn't get her own classroom until next fall. I graduated in 2010 with dual certification in k-6 elementarty and k-12 special ed and I just got a full time teaching position this year. So if I had been given glue or wipes they would be dried up by now. Plus most schools provide basic school supplies.
If you want to do classroom things I would do things like favorite read aloud books, a bell/chime(to get the classes attention), pencil holders, fun pointers, classroom music(especially if you use music in your classroom)... Think of unique things that you have in your classroom now that she has begun to use that you don't find in every classroom.
