My lo is 11 mnths. He has never had meat so i was thinking of starting this week. Probably grind it up but can he have tuna?

I haven't given Ds fish yet, but we've done all the other meats. I would probably start with something less intense, like chicken or a white, flaky fish. What does your pedi recommend?

Tuna is pretty flaky.  DD eats it just fine if I give her pieces.  She's also had salmon and tilapia.

DD has had various fish and shellfish with no issues.  If there isn't an allergy in the family relating to it, it's generally ok and in fact recommended to introduce them earlier now.
