I had a lot of kidney pain when I first found out I was pregnant, and I've read that is normal. I didn't have an infection or a stone, though at times it felt like it. Your kidneys are going into overdrive right now, remember. And my ute did feel swollen--almost heavy, which I also read was normal.
Definitely go see your doctor tomorrow, but do try to relax. You might not be sick at all! GL!
