I'm Pregnant

I just found out I'm pregnant via HPT--actually 4 of themBig Smile I suspect that I may be 12 weeks along as my husband travels for work and there were only a few windows of opportunity for us to conceive. My first OB visit is tomorrow, but I am trying not to be really excited since I don't really know anything about the baby yet. I am praying that everything is fine. Keep me in your prayers!

Interesting enough, I have been having pregnancy symptoms since August but the sonogram shows that I am only 4 weeks. How can that be? I got a positive pregnancy test 2 weeks after having sex.... I am so confused and disappointed. This week all of my symptoms have disappeared and I am only 4 weeks. Any thoughts?

I posted a post similar to this yesterday and the women will tell you that you cannot measure a pregnancy by your symptoms. They are right, while I didn't like hearing it b/c I want to be further than I probably am, they are right and there are times that our bodies get tricked into thinking we are pregnant when we aren't. But good luck and now you can get right into the pregnancy from the early stages!!!!

So you just had an ultrasound? And it just showed a sac? You could have a + test 2 weeks after, if you ovulated right then.
Married my BEST FRIEND on December 1, 2007. Started TTC in March 2008. Found out we were expecting our first child in October 2008 - but had a m/c in December 2008 - resulting in a d&e. Met with a RE in May 2009 and set a plan - but conceived unexpectedly on our own! Our precious little Sophia was born on February 9, 2010! Lilypie Third Birthday tickers

You are absolutely right, I am a problem solver and God knows that I need an explanation for everything-- so he is only testing me. I appreciate your post, I will count it a joy that the baby is safely in my uterus and take it one week at a time.
