We've been dealing with this too for a week. They thought at first that he had the stomach flu and that it would go away on it's own, but it didn't after 2-3 days so we went back in and they cultured his poop to look for infections which all came back negative. Now they think it's an allergy to dairy so I have to stop eating dairy which is interesting because I've been eating dairy all along and haven't had a problem until now so I would definitely call the doctor and monitor and good luck! I feel your pain!
