Sleep Advice: 7 week old

LO turned 7 weeks on Monday and since then napping/sleeping has drastically changed. She almost refuses to nap. I can maybe get two naps out of her a day. She used to take several small ones throughout the day. And now at night, she wakes up to eat between 1am and 2am, goes back down by 3am, but is awake before 4am and refuses to go back to sleep. She lays in her pnp and grunts/wiggles constantly. She is swaddled, but tries to get out of it. I've tried getting her to sleep with her arms out of it, but she sleeps even less when I do that. Putting her in her swing used to work every time as well, but she's not wanting to sleep in that anymore either. I don't know what to do.

I'm probably going to call her pediatrician today to see if I can get some advice, but I wanted to check here first. Thanks.

First thought is she is getting into her 8 week wonderweek early. You might not like what I am going to say next, but just go with it. It will eventually pass, but you have to muddle through with less sleep than usual for now. I would recommend going to bed when you put her down.

Before you were born, I dreamed of you, I imagined you, and I prayed for you. Now that you are here, I hope for you, I love you, and I thank God for you.

I agree with PP. 8 weeks is a big week for babies in terms of growth and development, and it will mess with their sleep. It will pass.

This exactly. She slept well over the weekend but this week it's like she won't nap, doesn't go to sleep before midnight and is up for the day at 7. Hopefully it passes soon.

What are wonder weeks? Is it like her growth spurts? We just went through one of those last week!
