Uggh. I just had one last month and I got it right before FW. It pretty much blew our chances because we didn't have sex until O day and after it, but I was later kicking myself wishing I had just sucked it up and done it. (Wow doesn't that sound hot and sexy!) I agree with PP about the AZO, it's pretty much the way to get relief until the antibiotics kick in. My NP did say though that the antibiotics sometimes can help with conception because they can reduce any internal inflamation?? I'd never heard this before and I'm still skeptical but hey, they can't hurt!
