Here is mine.

Top shelf: diapers, wipes, butt cream, and lotion.

Bottom shelf blankets

Bag on the side has things I don't want my oldest to get in to like bags, gripe water, gas drops, qtips, and finger nail clippers. All of these things would be in a basket on the top shelf if it was my first.

Mine isn't done yet. Except I have a lovely black/brown changing table from Ikea. I will be making these cute little super hero boxes for below it to store essential items. Larger items will probably go behind the boxes. I then have 2 largish wardrobes on each side of the changing table for clothes, linen, and diaper storage and organization.

I have moved all of the clothes into a small dresser that I didn't have at the time and now have extra packs of diapers on there now.  I also have a small white table/with shelves on the left hand side that I have wipes and other stuff on.  And where the little outfit is hanging on the wall, I now have a diaper stacker there.

Our nursery is SUPER TINY so I have to utilize as much space as possible in there.

I have a changing pad on our dresser. She gets the top 2 drawers in the dresser and I'm going to get a little basket to put next to the pad for her cloth diapers. The wet bag is hanging on the handle of our bedroom door but we're in a small 1BR! I wish I could have a cute table.

Lurking -- Here is how ours was set up with DS:

DH added hooks on each side of the changing table (we hung his bath towels on one side, and his diaper rack on the other).

Inside the fabric bins, we kept: diapers, wipes, burp cloths, wash cloths, etc.

Wow.  They are all so cute and organized!  We use a change pad on top of a dresser.  It worked great for our first two children, and will do the same for our third.  It worked great to have everything at hand.  Top drawer for dipes, wipes, cream, and receiving blankets.  Then next drawer for undershirts and jammies.  Then further down the clothing.  Most needed and used items go from top to bottom!  I'd recommend a dresser.  It saves on space in the room too, instead of a change table and dresser.

OK, I suck at PIP's! But here ya go. Baskets were $2.50/ea from target, and I when I couldn't find any more pink ones, I got the green contact paper to cover them, and made the basket labels from Martha Stewart bookplates I got from Staples. They contain onesies, gowns, sleepers, blankets, burpcloiths, etc.
