Baby Bag Rec:

So i just started looking for baby bags, and so far i'm liking the JJ Cole system 180 bag and the Skip Hop Duo Deluxe bag. Like i mentioned just started looking really have no idea where to start any reccomendations??? also something gender neutral and good for daddy to.

Stay away from JJ Cole.  Especially that bag.  It is terribly made.  I had one for 2 months and the seams started coming apart.  With the warranty I got another one.  After 6 months, the zipper broke!  I got a Mode Tote instead.  There are a ton of complaints about the System bag.  It is just not a good bag at all.  Plus it is really small.

I have a Skip Hop Duo and love it.  The pockets are bigger than the ones on the JJ Cole bags.  Oh and the stroller clips rock.  Much better than JJ Cole.

I am not sure what you are looking for, but I have now tried all the diaper bags. I have  a 22 month  dd. I  currently use a Vera Bradly tote. The reason is, I find that ll the diaper bags I get eventually get small for what I am caring. I carry a lot. Between the food, bottles, clothes, toys, my stuff, it.  adds up fast 

I have he ad good things about the Daddy one you mention, since it has a wipe case on  the outside in, and it is one less thing to carry, but my recommendation, keep it simple with a big old tote bag. It works and I can find things easily due to the tons of pockets on the inside.

Oh my God I so love this one by skip hop! Love the pewter color... However, DH would not be seen a mile near it!

I have a Le Sport Sac one and love it. It's big and very light. Holds a ton of stuff and even fits 2 bottles in each of the side pockets. Has an outside pocket for my stuff with a zipper. I am a fan of a larger bag though cause I bring a ton of stuff with me.  I have the black one and it has held up really well. 

Hypothyroid/Fibroids/Stage 4 Endometriosis

10/2010 Open myomectomy to remove 3 fibroids largest @ 8 inches. Stage 4 endometriosis and inoperable/blocked left tube.

3/2011 Laporoscopy/Hysteroscopy. 3 endometrioma cysts, hydrosalpinx, left tube and half of the left ovary removed.

5/2011 IUI #1 medicated w/injections, 1 follie = BFP!

6/2011 Blighted Ovum/ D&C

9/2011 IUI #2 medicated w/injections, 2 follies = BFP!

agreed, totally. I also love my jujube and it's totally neutral, dh has no problem toting it. It buries most other bags. I wouldn't waste money on a cheap bag after having it. I just wished I'd known sooner. Babysteals archive has jujube and a few other good bags in their archives right now.

I have a Skip Hop Studio and don't love it.  A lot of people do though so it is a personal preference.  For me, it almost had too many pockets or something but none of the pockets were big so it annoyed me.  I could never find anything.  It quickly became an expensive daycare bag.

I love my Vera baby bag but DH won't carry it.  He has his own LL Bean baby bag for when he takes DD alone.
