Angry vagina

Omg I don't know what is going on, but I am swollen , have a vericose vein, and I am rubbed raw. I thought vaseline may help, but apparently not. I can't walk. Iams icing it and I am miserable!!! Please tell me this is normal

I feel your pain... I was so itchy down there I got the okay to use an OTC cream to help it, and was shocked at how swollen it was. No wonder I'm so damn itchy...

I was itchy and ended up red/inflamed/irritated....I got tested and have a YI.  Vagisil helps the itch a TON....I am still trying to decide what to do about the YI...see my Diflucan post.  

Vagisil might help your pain too?

We lost our first daughter, Hannah Grace on May 4, 2011 at 20 weeks. She was buried on May 14 during a beautiful service at my home church. We are grateful that if she could not be here with us, that she is healed and whole with the Lord. We look forward to the day when we will get to meet her. We love her so much.

Good to know I'm not alone! I have been itchy but then it oes away, I thought it could be the panty liners I'm using or the clothes I was wearing. I am not going to be shaving anymore either, not that that's poss anyanyway

wht cream did you get the ok for?

I have used mycogen (did nothing, made itch worse), Terazol 3 (did nothing)....that is why I am now being prescribed Diflucan and a super-potent topical steroid.  I am not fired up about taking either and have emailed a pharmacist friend for his thoughts.  Vagisil is OTC and completely safe.  It won't cure anything, but it will relieve the itching.

I have been wearing dresses and going commando since Sunday....and honestly, I am starting to like it, haha :)

The Vagasile (or the Target version is what I use) I also like the Monistate cream stuff, basically Vagasile, but they don't seem to sell it anymore :(

The varicose veins this time around are enough to make me never want to be pregnant again.  It's disgusting.  It's like "here you go, in exchange for growing a person, you get a repulsive vag.  be thankful you can't see it anymore."

This happened to me a couple of months ago.  I had a really bad Yeast Infection. Are you discharging anything?

I'm all swollen down there.  I realized this cleaning myself in the shower this a.m., it was kind of freaky.

I was very red and swollen earlier this week...and during my internal and gbs swab--not fun and painful.  Now, I feel ok so hopefully, whatever it is, is gone now.  I haven't had any weird discharge or anything, but it's done now so idk.
We can't wait to meet baby Mason!

I'm so glad I'm not alone!  I've been swollen for awhile now but this week seems worse.  Very tender.  I see my OB on Wednesday so I will mention it but based on what everyone else is experiencing I feel pretty normal.  Here's hoping it goes down soon!

thank you for this post! My vagina is very swollen and feels like rubber to me and MH, it sucks because I want to have sex but when he penetrates me it hurts so bad we have to stop. It's nice to know I'm not alone.
