You don't need blood work done!!!
A line is a line, no matter how faint. Some of the digitals are less sensitve from my understanding. Congrats, you are pregnant.

Why not? Maybe she has a history of losses or an ectopic. sShe might have called her MD and he/she wants her to get betas. It is not unheard of to have bloodwork done after you get a +hpt

You're right, don't know her history. My blood work was scheduled within a week of my +HPT so I don't know how her practice operates.
jenperc:lol : well i am standing in line for a blood test.. may as well stay even if it its just to help convince myself...I still dont believe it.
GL!!

I'll piggy back and say that my GP required betas before they would give me an RX for Provera when I was on my 115 day cycle. Some do and some don't.

Wait a couple of days and try the digital again.
It took me two days after a faint positive on a FRER before I got a "pregnant" on the digital.

Honestly, didn't even see that part of the post. Note to self: Do not post right after waking up.

The past week i have been having very sore nipples, the cold makes them feel like they are on fire.. hurts : I tested with a FR test last night it had a very faint positive : i showed my DH and he bought me a digital.. i tested this morning and it said not pregnant. so now im confused... as i type this i am on my way to get blood work done. are digials not as sensitive? heres hoping! jen

Im sorry to hear this :( Can you call about your bloodwork? I definitely think it would be helpful to know what the answer is to that, and then you can go from there on your TTC plan. T&P’s that your time is very soon!

Or don't leap down people's throats to be "cool".
Not always true. I would ask for blood work in this case. Yes it is true that digis are less sensitive than line tests, but this happened to me last month and I ended up having a CP (not to scare you OP not saying thats whats going on with you, but getting blood work will best answer your confusion at this point since your getting positives on some and negatives on others)
T&Ps to you. Keep us updated on what you hear from the doctor!
I'm sorry to see this. T and Ps are with you.
grrr. I swear I hit the quote button. This is regarding OP's update to her post.
