Freezing meals?

DS is 10 months, I just ran out of my frozen puree's I've been giving him. He still takes them but he's less than enthusiastic for the most part. Just wondering at what point you all went/will go to table food 100% and what you do for freezer meals at that point?

I just made some turkey meatballs this weekend with sweet potato, applesauce, and carrots and froze some for when what we're eating for dinner isn't the best for him.  I also made toddler muffins that I froze.  Both recipes were easy to make and I found them online.  The meatball recipe is here http://www.parents.com/blogs/high-chair-times/tag/beef-recipes-for-baby/

My son is almost 11 months and he is almost all table food, he still gets pureed fruit with baby oatmeal at breakfast and puffs but the rest is regular food we eat.

LO has been having a mix of finger foods and puree sine around 7mths.

We probably do around 90% table foods now, and save the purees for when we're out and about and her making a huge mess in a highchair isn't an option.

She eats what we eat (or a slight variation of it) When I go back to work I'll try and cook a day ahead, so that when I'm walking in the door from work I can just pull a meal out of the fridge. On Sunday I might do something like chicken burgers and a chicken pasta for the next night, or I might make a roast which gives me meals for 2 days.

Or if I do double quantities, I freeze enough for all of us. So basically any meal like pasta, casseroles, stir frys, lasagne, quiche that will freeze works.

ETA: Also if it's a matter of needing a quick meal for the baby while you worry about you and DH later, I sometimes do quick things like: a mix of Tinned tuna, some toast, a boiled egg, grated cheese, and cooked frozen vege, with some fruit and yoghurt afterwards. It might not be a "dinner" but I make sure it hits all the nutritional bases.
