Anterior placenta and feeling baby move

We recently had an u/s performed and found out that I have an anterior placenta. I was wondering how that can affect the ability to feel baby move. I feel baby a decent amount, but it doesn't seem like his movements have gotten much stronger in the 7+ weeks since I first felt him. DH only faintly felt him for the first time Saturday night. Will it be harder for his moves to be felt because of where my placenta is?

I have an anterior placenta, and at my u/s, my OB told me I wouldn't feel movement at all until around week 22, so I'm very grateful that I started feeling little flutters at week 19. Those kicks will get stronger, but yeah, they'll be harder for us to feel.

The AP really cushions the kicks in the beginning.  I started feeling flutters around 20 weeks, and decently strong kicks around 21-22 weeks.  Once your LO starts growing more and getting stronger, the AP won't matter.  I feel her constantly!

I  have an anterior placenta this time around. I still started feeling movement relatively early BUT it was fleeting and I would go like 1-2 weeks without feeling anything. By this stage in my last pregnancy DS was kicking up a storm.  I've only recently (like in the last 3-4 days) thought the kicks were getting at least a little more regular, in that I feel something at least once a day, which is more than I was the past few weeks. And, it's not nearly as often or as strong as I felt DS. I just felt the first kick from the outside this morning.

I also have a anterior placenta and don't feel like her kicks are super strong. Once in a while I'll get a really good one, but for the most part they're pretty light. DH felt his first kick a few weeks ago and she really nailed his hand then. I'm hoping they get a little stronger as she gets bigger. I wonder how it will affect kick counting.

I didn't feel much my whole first pregnancy - nothing until around 22 weeks, and then mostly subtle movements unless they were off to the side.  Based on what I saw other moms saying I think I felt substantially less.

I have one too and was told I should feel more around 24w. I was able to feel her moving like swimming around but couldnt feel her kicking. Finally last week midweek I was able to start feeling kicks! I am so thrilled to be feeling her! Now it is not as strong as Im sure others are and its not totally consistent but I do feel something 1 or more times a day. Hang in there!

I had an AP with DS and didn't feel him until 22 weeks. By 3rd tri I was feeling him a lot! Baby will get stronger and trust me, he can really pack a punch, particularly in the ribs. That was the worst spot for me with DS.

I also have an anterior placenta and had only fealt faint flutters if I was in bed at night and on my left side.  My last Dr. appt was at 20 weeks 5 days and I hadn't fealt any definate kicks yet and my Dr said I should be feeling them soon.  Just last sunday I started feeling definate kicks or jabs in my lower abdomen and they haven't stopped since so I was about 22 weeks then.
