No baby here - just like names :-)

I have a list a mile long that includes a lot of normal names (William, Henry, Charles, Nicholas... yes, I have a problem with royal names).

These are some of the more interesting, yet still not out there males names I like. I have a distinct favorite among them, but just curious which ones you all like best.

Xavier would probably be higher but it annoys me how there's two pronunciations.

Alasdair is honorary #1, btw.  I love it on someone else's kid so I'm pushing for that for you, lol.

Ah - thank for you all the Louis love!  It's hovering at number two right now.

My absolute favorite is Edmund.  I've loved it since I was a kid and when my husband heard it, he said it was an awesome name.  

I do dislike Ed and Eddie, however.  Enough to not use the name?  Probably not.  We'll see, though.

I like the last 5 tons more than the first 4.  My least fav is Scott, which is currently in the lead. 

I like the nn Ned for Edmund.

I voted Louis. DH is really loving it now, but DD'S mn is Louise so I think it's too close to consider. My second favorite is Abraham but I prefer Abram.

I voted for Abraham but I also really like Edmund, Xavier, Patrick and Louis. I like the others, the only one I wouldn't consider is Scott.
