Well, how much and how often are you feeding her, to start? A 3 week old baby ( at least I think that's how old your LO is from your ticker) is going to eat very frequently. DS would eat like every 1-2 hours at that age? And, your baby can't tell that you can't tell what she needs. You need to get over that, stat.
