During my IVF cycle I had lower back pain too. I was expecting the usual cramps at the front of my pelvic area. I lost quiet a bit of sleep because it hurt to sleep on my back but I was scared to sleep on my side or stomach because I thought I would squish my ovaries doing so. lol I don't remember if it's because the ovaries are enlarged and heavy or what, but I believe it's a common IVF issue unless it's really painful. FX you'll start feeling better soon after ER.
