Walking Dead - Let's Discuss

1.)  Totally stoked that Daryl found Carol.  He was definitely upset when he thought she might be a walker.

2.)  Rick is cray cray.  I'm hoping that he will be able to reconcile everything that happened between him and Lori and be able to focus on doing what's best for the group.

3.)  Before the commercial, I totally called that Michone would take the formula to the prison, my family was skeptical.

4.)  I feel a Rick v Governor death match is getting close.  I'm hoping they don't torture Glen and Maggie and that Daryl doesn't go off with Merle.

5.)  Has anyone heard if they are going to do a mid-season break again?

6.)  Andrea sucks.

I loved the scene where Rick finally held his daughter for the first time.  I'm a sucker for that kind of thing, though.  

I too hope that Rick can get his mind straight and focus on the group again, and on protecting his two kids.  

I had this weird thought that maybe the baby is born with some sort of immunity to the walkers.  Maybe a bite wouldn't turn her.  Maybe she's part of the new zombie-resistant generation.  If you've read The Stand you'll see why I think this.  Maybe??

I think it's great that Michonne showed up at the prison with the formula. But how in the world did she know where to go?  I can't remember for the life of me her ever knowing they were there, or Glenn or Maggie mentioning anything about it, right?

 I love Daryl and hope he sticks with Rick's group.  They've done more for him and treated him more like a person than anyone else in his life, including Merle. 

 Overall, pretty happy with the episode.

Glenn said something about staying at the prison. That, and a gas station map would probably lead her there. I'm really hoping that she opens up to Rick's group, so we can get some good, solid back story on her.

Like PP said, they mentioned the prison.  She might be from the area but who knows.  She also had maps while she was in creepy-town, I think.

A zombie resistant generation would be cool.  It makes sense though, instead of being exposed to whatever it is like everyone else, they're born with it and maybe an immunity...I've never read The Stand, I'll have to check it out.

Oh, sorry.  I didn't hear that they mentioned the prison. I was so lost there!  And yes, Michonne is very resourceful so she very well could have looked at a map. :)

Definitely check out The Stand.  It's by Stephen King, so it's looooong, but a good read.

I finally got up on the last two weeks last night - I figured I already have more than 20 hours of overtime towards the next paycheck, I could sit back and relax. 

Anyway...yes, totally happy about Daryl finding Carol.  I think I may have shed a little tear over that one (although I am pretty emotional this week anyway).

I think Rick's phone calls have kinda straightened his ish out a little, a wakeup call of sorts.

Michone is totall badass and I think I like her more and more each week...however, that said, I wish she could have done something more to help Maggie and andGlen.

Someone needs to off the Governor.  That dude is beyond creepy, beyond making my skin crawl, etc.  I think I'd rather wake up next to a walker than next to him.  I hope that Andrea is bumping uglies with him with an ulterior motive in mind.

I think there is going to be a mid-season break, resuming in February.

The Stand is one of my absolute favorite Stephen King books (although I gotta say I don't know that I am happy that there is currently another attempt to translate it to a movie - big screen this time.
