Since you are 13 weeks, I would recommend going to the 2nd trimester board...someone there might have this same experience right now and can better help you.
Unfortunately, without a test and because we aren't doctors, we don't know if you have a left ovarian cyst either...but I did have a large cyst at 5 weeks that had to be drained...and had a lot of pain with it.
