Baby carrier

I was given a snugli baby carrier which i don't think it's terrible. I never thought I'd use a baby carrier then today my LO had to be carried all day so I put him in the carrier and he was content while I cleaned. It was very handy. I don't know how ill like it once he gets much bigger though. Can anyone recommend a carrier. I'm not a fan of the slings

LOVE our baby k'tan so far! Easy to put on and DS enjoys it. Similar to a moby but easier IMO.

I really like my Ergo! Put DS it in over the weekend while I whipped up an extensive lasagna recipe. Slept the whole time and was super comfy!

For one that will really grown w/ you both, I'd suggest the Ergo or a Beco. We LOVE our ergo. Gets used often and our 4 year old can still go in it (not that she does too often).

I had purchased the K'tan, and my LO hated it..I also didn't feel secure. I exchanged it for the original baby bjorn, which has infant head support and can accomodate babies from 8-25 pounds, inward facing until they can support their heads, then you turn them around. I like it so far!

Love the K'tan too!  I have the Baby Bjorn too but that did not feel secure for a newborn without head control.

I love my Mei Tai carrier. I wear my baby everywhere in it... Grocery store, doctor's appointments, zoo, mall, aquarium, restaurants, etc. I love having free hands to chase my toddler. I like it to because it grows with your LO. If I wanted to, I could put my toddler in it on my back. Very versatile!

I have the Baby K'Tan for now, when she is small. And have Beco for when she is a bit bigger or when my DH wants to carry her. I love both. I tried both an Ergo and a Beco. Both are similar, but I found the Beco is much more streamlined! The Ergo was way too bulky. The Beco also allows you to carry on your front, side, and  back. So it gives more options for older babies/toddlers.
