endless AF.... *vent*

I am officially over this charting business! >_<

Its now CD17 my temps are everywhere and AF has not stopped!! My usual AF is 7-8 days long, even though my cycles are anywhere from 35-70+ days long. I guess its my body's reaction to the loss of my thyroid...I just wish AF would go AWAY!!! ARRRRGHHHH! At least I have a doctor appointment at the end of January, exactly when my Endo said we should have the green light to try to get pregnant.

Wow - did your doctor say you might get a long period? How long are you supposed to let it go before you call?

17 days seems like a long time to me. :-(

I asked my Endo at CD 12. He didn't comment that it was out of the ordinary, told me to ask my GYN, and said I would probably return to whatever my cycles were once hormone levels were regulated. The problem is, my first appointment with my new GYN dr is not until the end of Jan. (I stopped seeing my other, we didn't mesh.) I could call and ask my GP, I guess. 

Everything I read online said it could cause menstrual changes, but didn't specify it would be this long...

That is def a long AF.. I would call the doc again see what they say!

I am so sorry. That sounds horrible. My sister used to get periods like that. I hope that next cycle is better (or that there is no next cycle because you just get pregnant this time!!)

I'm in the same boat as you. Went to the doctor last week at 18cd and still bleeding. They sent me in for like 11 different blood tests to see what's going on. Ugh I know it sucks and feel your pain.
