Traveling for the day with formula

How do you keep premade formula cool when out and about for the day? I am out of powder and we are using the ready to feed formula, but it needs to be refrigerated after it is opened. Do I just bring an ice pack?

Hmm I just take the small bottles when out and about. Occasionally i'll bring the powder in a bottle and use bottled room temperature water if I have too. Ive read tho, to bring a cooler.

I guess you could, but I just get the 2 oz ready to feed bottles and make it as I need it.  That way it is room temp for any feedings that day.

I usually just bring powdered but you could just bring a cooler and an icepack for it. it'll be fine for a day.

I have a playtex cooler for bottles when we are out. The whole thing goes in the freezer and then when we need it we pull it out.

We have a small insulated lunch bag that we use with an ice pack. It works great and stays cold all day.
