Age:30 healthy DH: 32 DX Testicular CA '03(banked sperm) Reoccurance of Testicular CA '10 RPLD.TTC: 6/2012. _______________ 6/12 met with RE advised to go to straight IVF due to quality & amount of sperm banked. 6/26/12 day 3 work up & US~ normal. 7/3/2010 Sono~ Polyps. 8/21/12 DH: PEUS~ No retrograde sperm visible; low testosterone. 9/6/12 hysteroscopy/polyectomy~ Removed 2. Now waiting for next steps to start the process of IVF! November IVF Antagonist protocol/risk of OHSS. ER 11/13 17R/15M/12F ET 11/18 transferred 2 beautiful blasts. 5 frozen embies. Beta 11/27 BFN. I'm looking forward to spending time with my cousin and her triplet girls.....strange, I know...but they were 3 bad quality 5day blasts about 7 years ago and now they're 3 beautiful little 6 year old girls. They give me hope :)

January 2013- IVF #3-- BFFN
February 2013--Found a new RE but first back to the Endocrinologist for more diagnostic testing
Absolutely no idea when we can cycle again...looking into DE as well if IVF#4 fails again
PAIF/SAIF encouraged...give me some hope!!

My DH has been on a hunting trip for a week. I get to see him Thursday!!!  I miss him so much.
Me; 35 DH 32 TTC for over 2 years First mini-IVF Sept 2011... Only 1 egg! ... BFN Switching RE IVF#2 May 2012 9 eggs and only 2 sperm, WTH! BFN IVF#3 Chemical... FML. 2 frosties. SAIF/PAIF ALWAYS WELCOME!!!!!

My house full of houseguests and kids. I love the noise, the mess, the laughing, the endless eating, everyone standing around the kitchen... It's a ball.

Me: 35, DH: 36, ttc: 3+ years, dx: unknown
10/11: after 2 years, saw a RE, FSH 5.4
11/11: BFP! (surprise after thyroid med & normal hsg),
12/11: missed m/c after 7 week u/s,
1/12: D&C,
6/12 IUI #1: clomid, 5 mature follicles, excellent sperm,= BFN,
7/12: IUI #2: clomid, 3 mature follicles, excellent sperm= BFN,
8/12: IUi #3: clomid, 5 follicles, = BFP!, C/P
10/12 IVF #1: FSH 5.4, estradiol AFC: 14, long Lupron 150/bravelle75,5R/5M/4F, all 4 made it to 5dt, 1 blast and 1 8 cell transferred. No frosties. BFN
IVF #2: AFC 21, MD lupron 12/25, 225bravelle/150men, 4R/4M/3F, 5dt of 1 blast BFN
IVF #3: natural start antagon, starting 3/30, ER 4/11, 12R,11M,10F

Desserts...seriously, you can keep the turkey and dressing and I'll just eat the sweets! Also, my mom, sister, and niece are coming on Friday to spend the weekend with me. I'm mostly looking forward to seeing my niece (17 months old). Don't tell my mom and sister though!

BCP to manage Endo from 10/2012 to 12/2012.

Doing nothing!  Stims start on Thanksgiving (assuming my baseline tomorrow is good), and we don't have family in town.  We turned down offers to hang out with friends, so we're just laying low, relaxing, making a small Thanksgiving style dinner for the two of us.  Yay!
TTC #1 7/10, Me (31)- Dx DOR (AMH 0.6); DH (30)- normal
BFP on Cycle #8. Natural M/C at ~8 weeks
IUI #1 and #2 (8/12, 9/12)- 50 mg Clomid + Ovidrel = BFNs
IVF #1 (EPP) 13R/10M/9F, 5DT 1-4AA blast, beta #1-148, beta #2-322, 5 frosties!
3/18/13 - It's a Girl!
4/18/13 - A/S- baby looks perfect, but partial placenta previa

Spending the day with my family.  And... my mom's stuffing!  ahhhh.... the absolute best... oh.. and pumpkin pie...  Though its been a very tough road, I am truly thankful for my family.  Without them I would never be able to get through this!  They are the best!

IVF #5 final with o/e. ER 1/21 only 1 retrieved, hoping my lonestar is the one. Beta #1 2/6/13 = 209.... please let this be it! Keep growing lonestar! Beta #2 2/8/13 - 586! , Beta #3 2/10/13 = 1898. First u/s perfect little heart beat at 116 bpm. Measure 6 weeks 1 day. EDD 10/14/13 3/4/13 measuring right on track beautiful heartbeat 171 bpm, graduated from RE to OB... bittersweet. Spending time with my family and sharing with them our plans to begin the adoption process in January.  I was hoping to share the news of a BFP, but it doesn't look like that's going to happen.  :(
Happily married Since May 2008. TTC#1 Since May 2010.

DH: 31, SE mostly normal, 1st SE morph 5%, 2nd SE morph 15%...yeah!.
BFP July 2011, Natural MC August 2011.
3 cycles of 50mg Clomid = BFN
*New RE* Feb/Mar 2012 100 mg Clomid + Trigger + IUI = BFN
*3rd RE* April-June -Break Cycles begin prep for IVF by doing 2 Heparin injects daily....fun fun!
IVF #1 - ER 7/19, ET 7/24, 2 beautiful embies transferred. Beta 8/2 = BFN
*New RE...yes again* FET Nov 2012 with our lone ranger = BFFN
RE Suggests Trying IUI Again, Jan. 2013 IUI #2 =BFN

I am in the same boat. I wanted to at least be preg so I could share after the new year but alas it was not meant to be. We will be pursuing adoption in 2013.

Married and TTC since November 2010 SA Normal, HSG Normal, B/W Normal = Unexplained IF
5 Failed IUI's Moving onto IVF, Stims Start 10/27, ER 11/5=27 eggs!, 23 mature, 1 Fertilized WTF?? Rescue ICSI on 12 and we had 3 more fertilize. Transfered 2 on 11/9. Beta on 11/23.

We had Thanksgiving last month, but I really REALLY love pumpkin pie, so I'm going to pretend, and just make a pumpkin pie on Thursday!
My Ovulation Chart
TTC with MFI and poor ovulation since 03/11
TCM and progesterone supplements
Early loss in 08/11
MFI Dx in 03/12 Low count, low motility, poor morphology and high levels of anti-sperm antibodies
Treated with supplements and TCM. Much lower on all factors. Count too low to test for anti-bodies
Met with new urologist 11/12
IUI #1 12/12: Letrozole + Gonal-F = BFN
DH started Clomid 01/13
New SA shows 33 million sperm! Thank you Clomid!!!
Discovered I am hypothyroid 04/13 waiting for specialist appointment
Hoping to try IUI again in July?

I am looking forward to my dad's cooking the most. He used to be a cheif and he goes all out for the holidays. He also makes my favorite dish every holiday, but sadly only on the holidays.

Trying for a baby since 4/10
DX: Infertile 6/11 Me: LPD, all other blood work clear. May/ 2013 Egg maturity and quality issues.. DH: low sperm motility,low count.
Met with RE start clomid + TI + IUI 5/12= IUI cancelled due to positive Cystic Fibrosis carrier test. DH tested Neg. for Cystic Fibrosis,
6/12 Clomid + TI +IUI=BFN 8/10 IVF consult.
IVF #1 Started BCP 9/2 Lupron 10/11 stims 10/27 ER 11/6!! 5 eggs retreived only 1 mature. FERT report shows none made it.Cancelled cycle.
IVF #2 BCP 11/18 Lupron 12/14
Stims start 12/29 ER 1/8 ET 1/11 put in 1 grade B and 1 grade C. Beta: 1/20=BFN
Second opinion at new clinic TBD
decided to stick with old clinic with new plan.
5/3 started metformin for IVF # 3 set to start in July!!!

April'12 Ultrasounds,HSG -clear, slight acurate uterus
5/14 IUI #1-50 mg clomid-post wash total motile count 19.3 prometrium 2dpiui= BFN
6/11-IUI #2-100 mg clomid & prometrium post wash count total motile 17.5 = BFN
7/6 IUI#3 with 100 mg clomid, estridiol, prometrium. post wash total motile count 23.3 = BFN
8/30IVF#1 BCPs, Follistim, Menopur,Ganerelix,Novarel.
ER 9/11-8R, 7M, 5F.
ET 9/14 2 embies transferred. 1 10cell Grade 4, 1 8cell Grade 4. No frosties. BFN
IVF#2 BCPs, Follistim, Menopur, Ganerelix, Novarel, Baby Aspirin
ER 12/5-16R, 12M, 8F!
ET 12/10 5dt! 1 fully expanded blast & 1 early blast. No frosties. BFN
2/13- Saline sono revealed a polyp. All additional labwork coming back normal. Genetic screen revealed DH has MTHFR deficiency & I am a carrier for it.
3/13 hysteroscopy & polypectomy
3/27 Began working with Reproductive Immunologist Dr. Kwak-Kim. Found High NK cells, High DHEAs, slight hypothyroidism, tendency toward blood clots (High PAI-1)Began synthroid & metformin 4/19.

Absolutely no idea when we can cycle again...looking into DE as well if IVF#4 fails again

TTC on and off since April 2007. IUI#1 (50mg Clomid + Trigger) 3/14. BFP 3/25 at 11dpo. No heartbeat at 8 weeks on 4/26, D&C 4/27. IUI #2 7/22 (50mg Clomid +Trigger)= CP. IUI #3 8/16 = BFN. IUI#4 9/14= BFN. IVF#1 started 10/31; cancelled 11/15. New clinic; 1st visit 12/26. IVF #1 (take 2) cancelled. IVF#1 (take 3)Feb. 2013! 2/9/13 ER = 25 eggs. 24 M/22F. 5dt (SET)2/14. 2/25= BFP! Beta 372!
