How Do you Do That?

I have posted this on more than one board. Just looking for some help....

 I have seen all these ladies with the super cute moving pics at the bottom or in the body of their posts.

First where do you go to find them? Second how to you add them in?

Help me out ladies!!

they are called GIFs. you can google them or go to photobucket.com

 

if you find one off google go to tinypic.com use the url and select the [IMG] option
