ACWilliams2011:I love all these ideas, thank y'all so much. It's my first one, so I'm freaking out a tad, even though I'm 25 married I still feel like a teenager scared to tell them lol, silly I know. Maybe its because I am in college. This would be a lot easier if I wasn't in south Florida they weren't in Oklahoma. lol
I felt the same way about telling my parents. My in laws I knew would be excited, and my MIL cried as expected. But since my parents had been such a pita about getting married "young" I was worried.
And, in June, while hospitalized my Dad was telling me that 28 32 is the perfect age to have kids. I'm 23. That's why we didn't tell them we were TTC... I didn't want to deal with them trying to talk me out of it! Now it's too late hah.
But my parents were actually pretty excited, and yours probably will be too! And if they say you're too young or something crazy, just tell them to be glad you didn't get pregnant as a teenager!
