Which stroller is best?

Tried the poll function but it's not working.

We've narrowed it down to three strollers.  I'd love to hear which one you think is best - especially if you own one of them!  Any pros/cons you know of that I should be aware of?

1)  BOB Revolution CE  (like it's sturdiness & 'go anywhere' capabilities)

2)  UppaBaby Vista (like it's sleek style & ability to grow with family)

3)  Bumbleride Indie (like it's sleek style & all terrain functionality)

Thanks so much for your opinions!

Ariel, I'm in the same position about choosing the best stroller. I'm curious to see the responses. I've heard that Bug-A-Boo is good as it converts from an infant car seat to attach to a stroller.

As with most things, it is cheaper on Craigslist.

This is very subjective. I love the city mini.

I can't speak from experience, but I've heard so many wonderful things about the City Mini that it's definitely the one we're going with.

It really depends on your wants and needs.  I recommend finding a store that carries all the ones you are considering, if at all possible, so you can take them for a 'test drive".

We are going with the BOB Revolution SE (not the CE) because it has been recommended strongly to us. Someone told my husband that it is great for walking or jogging on the beach (we live close to the beach), so there was no question for him once he heard that.

I don't have any of those, but we looked at the first two. We really disliked the Uppa Baby, even though I was expecting to love it. i don't know if the store model was just used too much or what, but it was so hard to fold, just didn't seem like the best ride, etc.

We did like the BOB but we went with a Baby Jogger City Classic (they don't make the Classic any more but it's essentially the Elite) because IMO it had better features, including an insanely easy fold, a huge canopy and a plastic footrest/kickboard thingy. We still use it and loooove it.

I did alot of research on strollers and test drove several and we bought a Bugaboo Chameleon.  It comes with a bassinet which is replaced with the stroller part once l/ogets bigger.

Thanks for the link Michelle!  Although it sounds like that gal in undecided too! And maybe I have to add the Bugaboo to my consideration set now!?  :) :)

And thanks everyone else for your input!  I was able to test them all out on Sunday, I just really can't decide.  I even wrote a list down of the pros and cons of each - and still have no clue.

I actually like the 'feel' of the joggers when I push them better than the Vista, but I love that you can change the chair to face you in the vista - not to mention the ability to add another seat for baby #2 and the bassinet feature.

Anyone know how the Vista handles on pavement or rougher terrain (not talking trails here, but for simple walking around our neighborhood there aren't sidewalks on many of the streets - want to make sure the ride is smooth)?

My friends love the Vista and it is great for city dwellers and our suburban areas which are mostly sidwalk free and forested. However, there are a lot of dislikes about the rumble seat. If you are planning on having two in a stroller I would get a City Select NOT a Vista. Personally, I think the Bugaboo is overpriced when compared to other high end strollers like the Vista. My friend with a Bob likes it but does not love it. It is really really big and not the easiest thing to manuever.

We are going with the Cruz since we do not need the bassinet attachment and we are not planning on having another one right away.

I also really liked the City Mini but DH does not like the single front wheel and we got the Cruz for $322 (cheaper than the City Mini) using the Giggle G List sale.

We bought the Uppababy vista.  It's ride is super smooth and it handles really well.  I was also looking at the bob but it's just too big/long/awkward, couldn't imagine taking it into a restaurant or somewhere like that.

I'm getting the BOB Revolution SE...I used to sell these strollers and think that you would be happy with any one of the three you listed. Just think of your daily life and the things you enjoy doing on the weekends. Imagine toting a baby along in the stroller and how it would fit your life. That's how we decided on the BOB...it fits our lifestyle the best. We are huge on outdoor activities and thats how we decided. The ruggedness of the BOB is the best feature for us.

 Good Luck on your decision!

It totally depends on what you want to do with it and where you want to take it.  Do you plan on going jogging and walks on trails or plan on just cruising the mall and walking on the sidewalk.  The thing with the Bob Revolution is that you cannot buy a second seat, if you ever decide to have another baby you will have to buy a new double stroller.  We bought a Valco Tri mode and I  *HATE* it.  The basket underneath is totally useless and the toddler seat attachment makes it impossible to put an infant car seat on it at the same time.  Make sure that any stroller you look at that you can get your purse or diaper bag in that basket, it will be handy for shopping.  We are expecting baby #2 and I am in love with the Upppa Baby vista, however, I don't like the price. In my opinion the Baby Jogger City Select is an excellent stroller at a very modest price.  Worth taking a look at, although if you can afford the Uppa, go for the uppa!!

I have and really like my Vista.  It's the only stroller I own and I have no problems with it.  Their customer service is also amazing which is great.  I loved the bassinet at the beginning that the seat reverses.  That was big for me personally. I also adore the large basket because I am a pack rat.

We use ours at the park, on our crappy sidewalks, at the beach, etc.  It's not for jogging and it's not going to be as all terrain as a Bob but I didn't want a Bob.  It was just too big for me.  I think it's more important to look at what you will be doing with your stroller most often and then go from there.  If jogging and going off road isn't your thing, you probably don't want a Bob.  If you do those kinds of activities a lot, you are going to want a very good all terrain stroller.  I've heard good things about Bugaboo too but I didn't like the fold at the time so I crossed that one off.  They have a new model out though now that may be better.

I am looking at the Bumbleride Indie Twin now that I need a double but this wasn't one I looked at originally.

I started with a Bugaboo which li loved and ended up with a uppa vista! I also love the vista and recommend it. Great storage that can't be beat, great handling almost as good as a bugaboo. The rumble seat is fine. I use it with two toddlers no problem though it does change the handling. I would only say do a BOB over an uppa if you plan to jog or do trails.
