MIGRAINES!! I have now had a headache every day for five straight months. I finally broke down and got a prescription, but I felt so guilty that I stopped taking it. I am going to go back on it now though. I had hopes that this far into the pregnancy they would have gone the way of the Dodo, but no such luck. 
Lost but never forgotten <3 :
1st BFP 2/8/06 m/c @ 12 weeks;
2nd BFP 2/9/07 w/ Clomid; DD (Monica Caroline) born 11/16/07;
3rd BFP 3/25/11 w/ injections m/c @ 5 weeks;
4th BFP 8/3/11 w/ injections diagnosed blighted ovum;
5th BFP 1/20/12 m/c @ 9 weeks;
6th BFP 4/27/12 Praying for our rainbow

Excessive, panty wetting discharge. Very annoying, even with a panty liner. I have had a pretty easy 2nd trimester overall.

So far, pain in the middle of my back. Likely due to breasts growing 2 cup sizes.
December 2011: Missed m/c due to trisomy 13 (conceived naturally)... January 2012: DH and I found out we are both cystic fibrosis carriers... April 2012: First IVF with PGD cycle resulted in ectopic pg (May 2012)... August 2012: Second IVF with PGD cycle resulted in BFP... TWIN GIRLS!!! Lilypie First Birthday tickers

Vomiting with a twist- I burst a blood vessel in my esophagus so when I vomit (which is every morning) it has blood in it. Awesome!

This is definitly not a fun one but I do have to say it is a tie between heartburn and horrible make you fold over gas pains.  I have gas x and tums on me all the time.

Rectal pain. I have a fibroid on the back of my ute. So much unfun. Doc says its only gonna get worse the bigger my uterus grows. Joy.

ETA: I had heartburn so bad I couldn't lay down to sleep. Nor eat or drink with fire in my throat. I now have a prescription for heartburn pills. I was actually losing weight in first tri because of the heartburn.
