Actually I have an awesome Brazilian recipe for Brussel Sprouts
Cook 1 pound of Brussel Sprouts and set aside. We'll use it again later.
Add olive oil (palm oil makes it taste better but it is harder to find) to a pan, once the oil is hot add some garlic
Once the garlic are brown, add chopped onions
Once the onions are translucid add chopped green peppers (about 1/4 cup) chopped cilantro, chopped scallions, salt, pepper, chili powder, and a spoonful of tomato paste. If you like spice you can add some chopped jalapenos too. Add a little bit of vegetable broth just to dilute the tomate paste.
Add a pound of shrimp and a can of coconut milk. Allow the shrimp to cook.
Now - and this is the most important step - take the cooked brussel sprouts, ensure it is fully cooked and toss it in the trash can.
Your dish is ready for serving. Serve it with white rice.
