It is a very nice name, but I am so over Elle/Ellie/Ella and variants. Despite being ranked at 412, the popularity of Elle/Ellie/Ella as nns (and full names) and their variants shoots up the popularity.
I think it sounds fine with Arden.

I like it. I also think Ellen would sound with cute with Arden, with Elle as an option for a nickname. (And it's a little more unusual these days.)
Belle would be cute too.
I really love the name Elle! I have a niece named Ella or it would be at the top of my list. I think it goes great with Arden. Some middle name suggestions:

Elle Marie
Elle Elizabeth
Elle Nicole
Elle Victoria
For some reason, Elle seems a little more refreshing than Ella or Ellie...but they're all just so popular right now and get lumped together.
