HIP Pain?

I'm not sure what i did, but i feel like my hip is going to pop out of socket today.  Have any of you ladies had this, or know what tips i can try.  It's making me miserable.

Have you done any exercises lately or stretching or...?  I know that our bodies release a hormone called relaxin to help loosen up our joints, and some exercises/positions can aggravate it.

Do some stretching, as it will help.

I had hip surgery a year ago, and I am having such a hard time figuring out which hip pains are normal old pregnancy pains, and which are due to the surgery.

My hip-surgery pain is, like, a pain directly under my buttcheek.  Glamorous, I know.  But that sort of pain isn't expected with pregnancy, is it?  FTM with her weirdo questions here.

yes I have alot of problems with my hips while pregnant as well...but i have a condition called EDS where my joints pop out of socket and it gets worse with pregnancy. But "normal" people(LOL) also have hips problems with pregnancy bc of extra weight resting on them. Just try and stay off them as much as you can and hot baths help too...and heating pads. Hope you feel better soon!
